EU ECO-TANDEM ACTIVITIES
Kicked-off on 15 July 2020, the
EU ECO-TANDEM PROGRAMME
will last 36 months.
It’s implemented in Italy, Germany, Austria, Greece and Slovakia.
The activities are based on three pillars:

Capacity building activities addressed to both SMEs, startups and professionals in the tourism value chain focused on sustainability in the tourism industry:
- Education: Transnational education programme on sustainable tourism management and circular economy;
- Training: transnational training focused on industry-specific skills improvement around standards for sustainability in travel and tourism.
The Biz Programme
The Biz Programme
A cross-border programme to identify key challenges in the tourism value chain with specific regard to sustainability, matching SMEs and innovators to tackle ECO-TANDEM challenges: the TANDEM COOPERATION!
- The Call for Application;
- Matchmaking events (SMEs and Startups): time to build the relationship!
- TANDEM Vouchers*: the plan of action between 1 tourism startup + 1 tourism SME**, granting a EUR 13.000,00 voucher per TANDEM
*Distribution of voucher is regulated by the eligibility criteria which has to be fully achieved by both parties** Microenterprises included

The Network Creation
Based on transnational cooperation, the programme will build powerful connections in the tourism industry for boosting sustainable innovations.
