Jens-Peter is a German Business Angel and venture capitalist. He has a special expertise in all forms of capital raising and funding, ranging from early stage venture capital to equity to all types of debt financing and M&A. He has a particular focus on tourism and life science.

Michaela Podolakova
Slovakia

Michaela is the Executive director of the Košice Tourism Board. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, financial growth, and long-term sustainability. She is spearheading the development of Kosice Tourism's strategic direction, guiding the organisation to respond to emerging tourism trends.

Vanda Maráková
Slovakia

Vanda is Head of the Department of Tourism at the Faculty of Economics, Matej Bel University in Banska Bystrica. She has twenty years of experience in the research areas of tourism studies. Her main research topics include tourism management, data analysis, corporate social responsibility in the tourism sector, destination management, innovation in tourism. She has sound experience in evaluating students’ projects of sustainable tourism, which makes her the right person to assess our future TANDEMEEs. 

Minu Chawla
India

Minu is an India-based consultant with experience in Destination Strategy, Tourism Product Development, and Management Consulting. She is the founder of RoadsWellTraveled Advisory, a consulting practice which helps destinations, tourism organisations and private investors in defining strategies and articulating them through authentic and sustainable products. With her past experience with startups as well as in Strategy and Finance at LEK Consulting and Microsoft India, she brings an interdisciplinary approach to tourism development.

Spain

As CEO of Sustainable Travel International, Paloma leads the organisation's global efforts to maximise tourism's contribution to conservation and development in order to protect destinations, preserve natural environments, and improve community well-being. With over 15 years of experience in sustainable tourism and economic development, Paloma has designed and implemented impactful initiatives and projects in 25 nations across the globe.

Edith M Szivas
UK/Hungary

Edith is the Vice-President of the Executive Board of IGCAT (International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts and Tourism). She is an international expert specializing in sustainable strategic planning of Tourism. She has conducted and managed projects on behalf of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and other international organizations on a wide range of programmes and initiatives. 

Ottavia Ricci
Italy

Ottavia is currently Minister Advisor of Dario Franceschini , Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage. She has many years of experience in the development of strategies for sustainable tourism. She is a well-known expert in the Italian tourism scene for her contribution to the drafting of the Strategic Tourism Plan 2017 - 2022 and in elaborating the Guidelines for Tourism for the Strategy of Internal Areas.

Antonella Parigi
Italy

Antonella Parigi has created many cultural enterprises, has strategic skills in the tourism sector and has been the Regional Governor of Tourism and Culture in Turin (2014-2019). On behalf of the Piedmont Region, she envisioned and launched the 'Circolo dei Lettori' in Turin, a place for cultural excellence at national level. She also founded 'Scuola Holden Torino', the only European university dedicated to storytelling. For 'Fondazione Orsolina 28', an International Center for Dance in the startup phase, she recently provided consultancy for drafting the startup statement of work, envisioning and defining the team organization, building a 3 years strategic plan.
